Sharm Whitter is a qualified educator, creative arts director, and holistic wellbeing practitioner with over two decades of experience across education, youth development, and international performing arts. She founded NewCreativityCIC to empower learners through trauma-informed, creative, and wellbeing-focused programmes delivered in schools and communities.
Studied a BA (Hons) in Dance and Education and Training (CertEd/DET), Sharm combines her academic training with practical experience in both mainstream and alternative settings. She is a LAMDA and IDTA performing arts instructor, a TEFL-qualified teacher, and a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring her practice is both inclusive and professionally grounded.
Her innovative approach blends drama, dance, and music therapy with holistic techniques, drawing on her additional qualifications as a certified meditation and yoga coach, and a Reiki healer. This unique fusion supports learners in building emotional literacy, confidence, and resilience.
Sharm’s CIC has delivered funded projects across the West Midlands and Worcestershire, supported by the National Lottery, HAF, and local authority partnerships. She has worked internationally in Thailand, Cyprus, Greece, and Gran Canaria, and collaborated with signed and unsigned artists-including X-Factor finalists and international acts. A author and former dance recording artist known as Shanghai Starr , her creative journey also includes dance chart singles like 'Rise' and 'Boom'.

Stacey Leigh Jade Foster is a multidisciplinary professional with a degree in Psychology and Dance from Bath Spa University. An entrepreneur from a young age, she launched her first business-a vibrant coffee shop and lounge-at just 23, gaining valuable experience in business operations, branding, and customer engagement. Building on that momentum, she founded a successful food manufacturing company that supplied over 70 retailers across the UK, including Selfridges and leading independent stockists.
Her career has since evolved into the jewellery sector, where she now specialises in member relations and stakeholder engagement, bringing precision, professionalism, and people-first values to the table.
Over a decade ago, Stacey worked with NewAgeCreativity as an events organiser, supporting youth-focused creative and wellbeing projects. That early collaboration now comes full circle in her role as a Director at NewCreativityCIC. She brings a unique blend of creative passion, commercial insight, and a deep commitment to community impact. Her leadership focuses on strategy, brand partnerships, and operational development-helping shape the vision and values of the organisation as it grows.

Samantha Maullin brings over Ten years of experience in recruitment, helping businesses across the UK source the right talent for both permanent and temporary roles. She specialises in business support positions ranging from short-term administration to senior departmental leadership and has explored various managerial roles, honing her skills in leadership, organisation, and team development.
Alongside her corporate journey, Samantha has worked within alternative education settings, using her background as a trained netball professional to deliver engaging sports programmes that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Her ability to connect with young people through sport and structure has made her a powerful advocate for inclusive, creative approaches to education.
As a Director at NewCreativityCIC for the past three years, Samantha brings strategic insight, team-building expertise, and a genuine passion for empowering communities. Her contribution helps drive the organisation’s vision of accessible, holistic, and transformative learning experiences.

Beth Bowen brings a wealth of experience across education, rehabilitation, and wellbeing, having worked with young people aged 4 to 16 in both mainstream and secure settings. She holds a degree in Primary Education from the University of Worcester and has since carved a dynamic career that blends safeguarding, sports therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Currently serving as Head of Safeguarding (DSL) and Sports Therapist at NewCreativityCIC, Beth leads with compassion, clarity, and a deep commitment to emotional and physical wellbeing. Her work with Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service since 2021 has sharpened her trauma-awareness and safeguarding expertise-skills she now channels into preventative, creative approaches with young people in schools and community programmes.
Beth’s professional path also includes roles in education administration, customer service, and team leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both operational systems and frontline youth engagement. Her background in sports therapy informs her holistic perspective on resilience, movement, and recovery.

Melanie Jayne is the first friendly face many families encounter at NewCreativityCIC. As Head of Reception and Parent Liaison, she manages communications, supports data handling through spreadsheets and admin systems, and ensures parents feel informed, welcome, and connected. During school holiday camps, Mel steps into a more hands-on role, offering one-to-one support as a compassionate and consistent Learning Mentor.
Twelve years ago, Mel began her own journey with NewAge Creativity as a student-an experience that ignited her passion for creative education and personal growth. That spark never left. Through strength, perseverance, and purpose, she’s carved her way through the educational system and now proudly contributes to the very organisation that once nurtured her.
Mel has been part of the NewCreativityCIC team for the past three years, bringing warmth, reliability, and lived experience to her role. She plays a vital part in maintaining the trust and connection between the organisation and the families it serves.

Kirstie Parker is a professional dancer and choreographer whose dynamic career spans music videos, UK tours, and European stages. Known for her powerful presence and technical precision, she has worked with a range of artists and creative teams across the commercial dance industry.
Now a full-time secondary school dance teacher, Kirstie delivers vocational training to students in Years 10 through 13, preparing the next generation of performers for further education and industry success. Her teaching blends real-world insight with structured curriculum delivery, inspiring students to develop both skill and self-belief.
With her roots in performance and her heart in education, Kirstie brings high energy, authenticity, and creative excellence to every workshop she leads at NewCreativityCIC.

Shaun Cope is an internationally acclaimed choreographer, performer, and teacher, known for his dynamic fusion of contemporary, African, street, and martial arts movement. With a career spanning stage, TV, and video, his unique style pushes the boundaries of progressive dance and creative collaboration.
Passionate about accessibility and innovation, Shaun has worked with leading music and dance artists across the UK and worldwide. He also leads Bruk Up music sessions and N.E.O (New, Exciting, Original), a platform that champions emerging and established artists through dance, music, and visual arts events.
